At LTFSPL floors we have learnt that the things that set us apart from our competitors, is the detail. Plenty of contractors can produce a power floated concrete surface but few can bring together, finish, flatness and detailing to provide the complete concrete floor solution.
Our drawings incorporate bay layouts and specific detail interfaces at manholes, joint positions, column encasements etc. These drawings are once approved are then given to our site foreman to ensure all details are carried out on site.
It is the correct execution of these details that makes the difference between good and bad floors, and ensures optimum life span and durability
