About the Founders

Lamba Techno Flooring Solutions (P) Limited is founded by Mr. Pradeep Lamba, B.Tech Civil, NIT Kurukshetra and Mr. Deepak Lamba, B.E & M.E, Mechanical Engg.

Mr. Pradeep Lamba is a Civil Engineer with B.Tech (Civil) from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Kurukshetra. He has also completed his post graduate diploma in Business Administration (Marketing Management).

Prior to Lamba Techno Flooring Solutions, he has worked as Regional Manager, North India for Bekaert, Belgium based MNC who is No 1 steel wires manufacturer in the world. Bekaert is specialist in field of design of Industrial & Warehouses Floors reinforced with Dramix Steel Fibres.

LTFSPL has been at the forefront of construction and renovation of industrial floor technology.Alongside our technical expertise, we offer a turnkey solution to our clients, supporting them from the initial design and planning to installation of the floor and surveying.

LTFSPL  has developed a few special tools and techniques, it is essentially a question of attitude and commitment. Our company ensures that the project is planned well, managed effectively, resourced correctly and that workers are properly trained and supervised. This results in the production of an exceptionally flat slab in areas for Defined Movement (DM-1,DM-2) and for Free Movement (FM1, FM2, FM3)  as per TR-34.
